This was my first AR-15.  It's a Bushmaster XM15-E2S, with an A4-style upper receiver and a free-floated 20" heavy barrel.  It's equipped with a Leupold Rifleman 3-9x50mm scope in an Armalite one-piece mount. This is the only AR I bought as a factory complete rifle, although it orignally had an A2 20" heavy-barrelled upper receiver, as you can see in the picture below. I sold the old upper and bought this one for about the same price - you can see a picture of the FedEx guy delivering it below. I've never had any kind of jam, misfeed, or malfunction in this rifle.

This is what the gun looked like before I replaced the upper. The gun was fun to shoot in this configuration, but I really wanted to have an accurate, scoped AR in my collection.
This is the unsuspecting FedEx guy delivering my new upper. The nice guy I bought it from packed it in a ridiculously large amount of material to ensure it arrived undamaged.
