Czech CZ-52 Cutaway

This is a CZ-52 cutaway pistol, made by Ceskoslovenska Zborjovka. This gun was made as a training tool for Czech armorers.  Obviously, you wouldn't want to try to shoot this gun, but it's fascinating because you can see all the inner workings of the gun. The CZ-52 has an unusual design anyway, which makes this even more interesting. In the pictures below, you can see some of the cutaway areas in more detail.

Cutaway areas in detail:

In the picture to the left, you can see the exposed firing mechanism as well as the empty magazine well.
This one shows a close-up view of the inner workings of the CZ-52's firing mechanism. Visible parts include the firing pin, firing pin lock, trigger bar, hammer, disconnector, safety, and hammer strut.
In this shot, you can see the chamber area as well as part of this pistol's unique roller-locking system.
In the above image, you can see the inside of the barrel as well as the recoil spring. The stamping you see was added by the importer.
